Whether you’re a pure weightlifter, powerlifter, endurance athlete, or somewhere in between (Hybrid, CrossFit), we’re here to support your journey. We believe that strength is never a weakness, and our mission is to demonstrate how strength can enhance performance across all arenas, benefiting everyone—from competitive athletes to everyday individuals.

About Me

I’m Tyler Creighton (BSc), an experienced coach with a passion for helping athletes push their limits and discover what they’re truly capable of. My journey began as a competitive weightlifter, representing New Zealand on the international stage. After stepping away from competitive weightlifting to pursue coaching—and inspired to use ultra-endurance events as a way to do good — My own training evolved into hybrid, blending strength and endurance.


During this time, I’ve taken on significant challenges, including winning the Rogue Standard 24 hour Row Challenge and standing on the podium alongside four-time CrossFit Games winner, Rich Froning. My endurance training has also led me to complete a 42.2 km conventional marathon swim, as well as various ultra-marathons. In 2025, I hope to take both my own training and that of my clients to the next level.
